How adviser screening works

Vianorr Education does not accept all adviser applications. Every adviser listed on this platform has passed a review before their profile goes live. Here is what that review covers.

1
Credentials

We verify that the adviser holds the credentials they claim — RCIC designation for immigration-related advice, or other relevant education advising qualifications.

2
Compensation disclosure

Advisers must disclose their fee model fully and accurately before listing. Any change to how they are paid requires updating their profile.

3
Conflict of interest check

Advisers who receive commissions from schools must disclose this clearly. Commission arrangements do not prevent listing, but they must be visible to the student before contact.

4
No undisclosed relationships

Advisers may not receive placement benefits from Vianorr in exchange for fees. Every listing is based on the same screening criteria regardless of commercial arrangement.

5
Ongoing compliance

Screened status is not permanent. Advisers who change their practices, receive substantiated complaints, or fail to keep their profile current are reviewed and may be removed.

What screening is not: Passing our review is not an endorsement of any specific adviser. It means they have met our minimum transparency and credential requirements. You should still evaluate advisers based on your own needs. See also: How advisers are paid →
