Application representation

Submission and communication on behalf of a student, where the institution permits authorised agents.

The provider must disclose: which institutions they officially represent; whether the institution pays a commission; whether they are independently advising the student; whether the student will pay a separate fee; and who retains access to the application account. The student must always receive a copy of submitted information, access to their own email and application account where possible, a record of institutions applied to, a record of fees paid, and a copy of the service agreement.
